THE Kuala Kangsar district police Hari Raya celebration was made extra special with the presence of their counterparts from the Royal Thai Police.
The group of 85 Thai police officers and personnel, led by Provincial Police Region 9 commissioner Police Lieutenant-General Pisit Pisuthsak, had briefly stopped over at the royal town while on their way to Genting Highlands on Thursday.
