MIRI: What was supposed to be one of the city’s luxury residential homes worth about RM33mil, Pantai Piasau Residence at Kampung Pulau Melayu here is just plain empty as it has not been occupied since it was launched in October, 2010.
The properties include 10 bungalows and 18 detached lots with land sizes between 0.25 and 0.3 acres, which were handed over to Miri Malay Charitable Trust Board (LAKMM) by Naim Holdings Bhd the same year.
