PPR residents disturbed by nearby construction

Too close for comfort. The new development on the left, while the Seri Anggerrik government housing scheme on the right. Residents say construction work from the project site has been noisy and dusty.

RESIDENTS of Seri Anggerik People’s Housing Project (PPR) are feeling distressed due to the construction work taking place at the former Alamanda College site, comprising two 24-storey service apartments, at the 4th mile of Jalan Kelang Lama.

The goverment housing project comprising four blocks is located right next to the new development and the 5,000 residents are facing inconveniences as well as noise and dust pollution.
