JOHOR BARU: Shopping malls play an important role in supporting the state’s tourism industry, said Johor Domestic Trade, Tourism and Consumer Affairs exco Datuk Tee Siew Kiong.
He said that while Johor has different theme parks such as Legoland Malaysia, Puteri Harbour Indoor Theme Park which houses Hello Kitty Town and the Little Big Club, shopping malls play an equally important role alongside these family-oriented establishments.
