KUCHING: People factor will be hard to tackle in the state government’s ambition to have a legacy square in the city.
India Street Pedestrian Mall chairman Datuk Wee Hong Seng said the aim of having a legacy square and subsequently attaining a heritage status for Kuching depended heavily on making the residents of the city aware of their role in the matter.
