SIBU: Sibu Municipal Council’s (SMC) pilot project to get eateries to use biodegradable food containers instead of styrofoam ones has received strong support from hawkers at a local Ramadan bazaar.
All the hawkers who are selling noodles, chicken wings, curry puff, cakes and other items have recently started using paper or paper-based containers/packets.
