TWIN sisters Chew Wan Yii and Chew Wan Xin were overjoyed when they together with their mother Fou Tee Hoon emerged champions in a 3D Heritage Building Design competition organised by the All Seasons Place shopping mall in Penang.
Their cardboard design of the Queen Victoria Memorial Clock Tower, complete with a real watch as the clock face, was most captivating with a monochromatic drawing of the Goddess of Mercy Temple in the background.
