Book relates English tutor’s tales of fantasies


KUCHING: Abang Johan Abang Kassim, a Eurasian who is interested in tracing his family’s lineage, has published a book in which he writes fantasies inspired by Malaysia and the United Kingdom.

In A Tale of Two Daughters, Johan has written a story about a mother who losses her two most previous gems – her daughters. It is set in fictional “Cranterburgh” in a period when Cranterburgh had colonies in “Virlaysia”.
