ABOUT 27,500 Malaysians went without solid food for 30 hours to fight global hunger and raised RM2mil in conjunction with the 30-Hour Famine 2013.
The proceeds will benefit projects to help the needy in seven countries — Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam and India.
