THE proposal by Kuala Lumpur City Hall to install CCTVs to deter vandalism at pedestrian bridges is the obvious answer to deal with this perennial problem which has plagued city folk for a long time.
I have spoken on this proposal on several occasions and am pleased to note that DBKL is prepared to study the proposal.
