Health Department to collect samples at Ramadan bazaars for analysis


KUCHING: The Health Department will be conducting inspections at Ramadan bazaars throughout the fasting month to collect food samples for safety analysis.

Food technology officer Nurhazwani Abdul Rahman from the Kuching Division health office said the samples would be taken from various types of food deemed to be high risk to ensure that they were safe.
