KUANTAN: A state assemblyman has expressed his concern over safety aspects in the UTC building in Jalan Stadium here, urging the authorities to take prompt remedial action.
Teruntum assemblyman Sim Chon Siang said he had gone to inspect the building recently and found out several flaws.
