Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) president Mohd Azizi Mohd Zain said an independent task force would be set up by the Selangor government to review the documents and corresponding technical reports required to “legalise” the structures and buildings in and around Batu Caves.
He said the task force would be lenient on the requirements for the older structures and would legalise them, but wanted plans and supporting documents for the newer ones.
