IN JUST a span of one month, about 40 metal drain covers have been stolen along a row of shops in First Garden, Ipoh, making it a safety hazard for those who frequent the shops.
Restaurant owner Law J. H., who is in his 40s, said this was the most serious incident that occurred along Lorong Taman 9 at the residential area.
