MALACCA: All stakeholders must ensure that the products and services offered to tourists are of the best quality and meet their expectations.

The services rendered should create a long-lasting memorable experience for tourists to lure them to return to the historic state, said Deputy State Tourism, Coastal, Rivers and Islands Development Committee chairman Datuk Ghazale Muhamad.
