JOHOR BARU: Whenever it rains heavily, motorists travelling to Kota Tinggi are forced to endure slow moving traffic due to flash floods in Ulu Tiram.
The water level can sometimes reach as high as 0.6m, allowing only heavy vehicles to use the road.
