TINESH Raj, five, who lived at Block D of PPR Kota Damansara, leaned over a rusty railing and fell to his death from the 14th floor.
The June 21 tragedy, which took place about 4pm at the PPR located in Jalan Pekaka 8/7 in Petaling Jaya, was not the first.
