ALL agencies under Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) have been given three months to help transform Kuala Lumpur into a cleaner and safer city.
Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor issued this directive under a programme to clean the city and boost public safety, said Deputy Minister Datuk Dr Loga Bala Mohan Jaganathan.
