THE unpleasant sight of rubbish piling up along Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang, greeted Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan on his first walkabout in the city.
He said this was a reminder to Kuala Lumpur residents on the need to be civic conscious when disposing unwanted items.
