NGO collects RM258,000 for underprivileged school children

JOHOR BARU: Over over the past eight years, a non-governmental organisation has collected about RM1.6mil from the public and channelled the contributions to thousands of students from poor families around the state.

This year, Persatuan Kebajikan Ci Xin Johor Baru aims to aid 430 students from 27 Chinese primary schools statewide.
