MAB to set up early intervention centre for blind children

The Malaysian Association for the Blind (MAB) has called for the compulsory registration of disabled people, so that proper assistance could be provided to them.

“I am urging the government to make it compulsory for parents to register their blind children,” said its president Prof Datuk Abdullah Malim Baginda.
