JOHOR BARU: Johor police have set up a task force to weed out scratch and win syndicates and prevent more people from becoming victims.

State police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff said members of the public continued to be conned despite regular reports on such scams in the media.
