THE 96-year-old Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce (PCCC) building will be returned to its former glory when restoration and refurbishment works are com-pleted middle of next year.
PCCC president Datuk Seri Choot Ewe Seng said RM5.5mil has been allocated for the project.
