THE Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ), fed up with the stubborn operator of an illegal used-car business in a residential area in Kampung Pandan, is now gathering information to take legal action against it.
Council deputy president Abd Hamid Hussain said this during a full board meeting yesterday.
