BEING a diabetic patient for 17 years, Felix Ambrose said it was not only important for patients to know what they were eating but also how much it affects the glucose level in their blood.
Ambrose, who was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes when he was 40, said patients should be encouraged to use their own glucometer.
