SHE started her legal career in Kuala Lumpur but it was her love for Penang that had enticed Pulau Tikus hopeful Rowena Yam to return to the Pearl of the Orient, with dreams to create a more livable community.
The former Barisan Nasional coordinator, who had been serving the people of Pulau Tikus since March 2011, is now committed to promoting the affluent neighbourhood as a sustainable, green, safe and community-centric locality.
