GEORGE TOWN: Two first-time voters are now in limbo after being directed to vote in other states.
Penangites Ch’ng Bee Ean, 41, and K. Chandrakala, 37, found out that they were registered to vote in Johor and Kelantan respectively after checking their voting status with the Election Commission’s (EC) website.
