PROPERTY developer Dijaya Corp Bhd irecently announced the milestone acquisition of approximately 1,172 acres of prime development land situated in Canal City, Selangor.
Dijaya entered into an agreement to acquire the Land from Permodalan Negeri Selangor Bhd for a purchase consideration of approximately RM1.3bil via a deferred payment method which spans a period of up to 20 years.
