KUANTAN: MCA grassroots leaders from the Kuantan division are upset over the party leadership’s decision to loan the parliamentary seat to Umno.
Speaking on behalf of the grassroots leaders, incumbent Teruntum assemblyman Datuk Chang Hong Seong said they were never consulted on the matter and only found out about it through news reports.
