SIBU: A Malaysian residing in Singapore for the past two decades is coming home to this town to cast his vote in the 13th general election.
William Yap (pic), 47, who is now holidaying in Italy, told The Star yesterday during an online chat that he would fly home specially to exercise his democratic right.
