KUCHING: Human Rights Commission of Malaysia wants the use of aerial photographs taken in 1954 as one of the ways to determine Native Customary Rights (NCR) land reviewed.
“The high reliance of the state Land and Survey Department on aerial photographs is one of the measures that need to be reconsidered,” the commission has said, according to its preliminary report on native rights.
