GE13: Apologise or face RM200mil suit, Sngs tell Entulu and two local dailies


KUCHING: SWP advisor Datuk Sng Chee Hua and president Larry Sng have demanded a public apology from PRS deputy president Datuk Joseph Entulu and two local newspapers for alleged defamatory remarks against the duo end of last year.

The party’s lawyer Jonathan Jalin said the parties would be given seven days to apologise after receipt of the letter of demand which would be delivered by today, failing which they would be sued for RM100mil each for “falsely and maliciously publishing defamatory words” against the Sngs.
