DWELLERS of Lintang Batu Lanchang public flats in Penang will have a reason to be happy once plans to repaint their four-storey building take off next month.
Batu Lanchang assemblyman Danny Law Heng Kiang said RM40,000 would be allocated from his constituency service centre to spruce up the 31-year-old flats.
