KUCHING: The normally quiet office of the Election Commission (EC) on the 11th floor of the Sultan Iskandar building in Simpang Tiga was buzzing with activity yesterday as the all-important nomination papers went on sale to prospective candidates and parties.
As of 10.30am, a total of 15 papers were sold, 12 of which to SWP president Larry Sng and the rest to independent candidates or party agents.
