An increase in noise from nearby entertainment outlets at night has angered some residents of Taman Istana, Ipoh.
According to the residents, the shops, which have been providing food, alcoholic drinks, karaoke and live band performances along the banks of Sungai Kinta since end of last year, should not have been allowed to be set up in the area.
