THE Ipoh City Council (MBI) organised a welcome party for 15 Japanese children from the Asia Pacific Children’s Convention (APCC) of Fukuoka, Japan, who were here on a five-day study tour.
The children, aged 11 to 17, were to stay with their Malaysian hosts in Ipoh as part of the project.
