Mok stays competitive against Asian peers

UP-AND-coming foil fencer Andrew Mok engaged in two intense encounters in completing his campaign in the last 16 of the boys’ junior (Under-20) individual foil section at the Asian cadet (Under-17) and junior championships in Bangkok, Thailand early this month.

In the round of 32 of the individual section, the 17-year-old Sunway College student prevailed with a hard-earned 15-14 victory over Song Jae-kwan of South Korea.
