Penang Barisan Nasional Youth are shocked with the drastic increase in cost for the proposed undersea tunnel and three highways compared to the announcement by Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng back in September 2011.
State Barisan information chief H’ng Khoon Leng said the announcement by Lim in September 2011, which was made at the Penang Investment Seminar in Rasa Sayang Hotel, was that the cost of the projects were estimated to be RM4.08bil.
