MMEA rescues 117 Rohingyas off Muka Head


GEORGE TOWN: For the second time this month, the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) has rescued a group of Rohingyas on the northwest tip of Penang island.

On March 9, the MMEA rescued 138 Rohingyas from a boat which was on the verge of sinking, some 2.5 nautical miles off Muka Head in Teluk Bahang here.
