AFFECTED buyers of an abandoned project in Pekan Baru Subang, Sungai Buloh are not satisfied with an agreement proposed by the developer’s liquidator as they claim it was unfavourable to them.
The project, which comprises the construction of 59 three-storey shoplots units, was 60% complete when the company wound up in November 2007.
