KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) will come down hard on those found smoking in public areas gazetted as non-smoking zones.
DBKL mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib said a RM100 fine would be imposed on those caught smoking in such areas.
