KUCHING: The significant drop of about 6% in crime index in Sarawak for the first three months of this year is indicative of the increasing cooperation between the police and members of the public.
Deputy state police commissioner SAC Datuk Law Hong Soon said the partnership between the force and the people encompassed various community-based crime prevention programmes that were organised as part of the National Key Result Areas (NKRA) initiatives.
