MIRI: When it comes to helping the handicapped and the poor here, Senadin assemblyman Datuk Lee Kim Shin has shown that he is willing to help anyone, even those living in areas under the Opposition.
Lee, who is Communications Assistant Minister and Senadin SUPP chief, has in the past years been caring for those genuinely in need of government aid.
