SIBU: Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the proposed RM6.3bil integrated road projects would only proceed if they complied with the requirements of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Lim was replying to questions whether the projects would go ahead despite criticism and protests from non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
