KUCHING: The state government has initiated an investigation into the covert video that alleged Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud was selling native customary rights (NCR) land through his cousins.
Taib said the video could be linked to the Opposition, aiming at discrediting him since the general election was just around the corner.
