SIBU: The construction of the multi-million ringgit indoor stadium and IT library initially proposed at the old Sibu airport has been delayed due to the re-planning of the site.
Second Finance Minister Datuk Seri Wong Soon Koh explained that the original site had been taken up by the construction of University College of Technology Sarawak (UCTS) and the Technology Park (TP).
