WHEN Subang Parade opened its doors in 1988, it was the first shopping mall in Subang Jaya and one of the must-visit places even for people from surrounding nearby areas such as Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam.
Fast forward 25 years later, the township has seen rapid development, with several more complexes such as Empire Subang, the Giant Hypermarket and the USJ 19 City Mall being added to the list.
