Cook alerted by shouts for help from deceased’s second wife

SIBU: A cook of a restaurant told the High Court at the trial of a 17-year-old youth charged with murdering four members of a family at a house in Jalan RTM 13B1 that he was alerted by the shouts of a woman asking for his help.

George Tiong Ing Tung of Tiong’s Little Bistro told the court yesterday that at about 7.15am on Jan 3, 2012, he was in the kitchen cooking when he heard the woman, who was standing on the roof of the car porch of the corner terrace house, calling him.
