PETALING Jaya City Council (MBPJ) has been urged to ensure sufficient parking space before exercising its new powers to blacklist motorists for indiscriminate parking.
All-Petaling Jaya Selangor Residents Association Coalition (Apac) adviser Mohamed Umar Peer Mohamed said the council should not be overzealous in resolving the one problem and in the process, cause inconvenience to the public.
