AFTER being diagnosed with diabetes about six years ago, retired Information Department supervisor Kamar-uddin Ismail took up his doctor’s advice to exercise regularly.
The 61-year-old, however, took exercising to a whole new level, adopting a civic-minded approach by sweeping the streets at his residential area in Taman Bersatu, Simpang Pulai daily.
